2. An advisory report outlining the various improvements relating to the Better Energy Homes Scheme.
3. Advise you on how the improvements will impact your Building Energy Rating.
4. On completion of improvement works, we will issue you with your Building Energy Rating Certificate.

The Better Energy Homes Scheme(formerly known as the HES Scheme)
provides assistance to homeowners who are interested in improving the
energy efficiency of their homes and reduce their energy use and costs.
This scheme is open to all homeowners.
